Scarce # 605 1/4 “later” Bedrock Stanley Plane, Used

Maker:  Stanley Rule & Level Co, New Britain, CT

A very scarce “later” Bedrock series junior jack made only in the “later” series until World War II.  Plane is a Type 10 produced from 1933-1941.  Rare Stanley logo on the left side of the tote.  Iron TM is Type 10 but lever cap reflects Type 8 (this may be a replacement).  Literature suggests that this size may have been designed for use in school woodworking classes. This particular example reflects some scratches on sole but is otherwise in very good condition.  Fully functional – iron requires sharpening/honing.
