Maker: Sargent & Co., New Haven, CT; circa 1900

A moving fillister plane by American plane maker Sargent & Co.  Plane is fully functional (iron and knicker require sharpening/honing).  Plane body is beechwood; wearstrip inlet into base of body is boxwood.  Maker’s mark clearly visible on nose of plane.  All parts/hardware are original.  Overall very good condition with some minor dings from original use including bruising to wedge.
